Dr. Horacio Flores studied General Medicine at Universidad Anáhuac México Norte from 2011 to 2018, completing his undergraduate training at the Central Military Hospital in Mexico City. He later pursued postgraduate studies in Health Institution Management at Universidad del Valle de México from 2020 to 2022. Dr. Flores has overseen several primary care clinics in the Riviera Maya, primarily in Tulum, where he is passionate about providing personalized and approachable medical care. His work goes beyond addressing health concerns—he is dedicated to fostering strong social connections within the community he has had the honor of serving.
